Ms. Cynthia Garrett is a very knowledgeable realtor who kept me encouraged and motivated to sell my home. She kept me abreast of all sales in my community and provided a strategy which got my large home sold in five months during a time when interest rates were constantly up and down. She even provided licensensed and knowlegeable contractors who completed the work needed to be done as requested by my buyer. She also provided the name of a moving company to help me get my possessions out of the house without incident.
